A MAN is due in court on Monday accused of deliberately starting a potentially deadly blaze.
Two men, aged 20 and 42, from Clacton, were arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life, after a fire in a flat on Friday.
An occupant of the flat in Groom Park, Clacton, sustained minor leg burns but was later released from hospital.
Bobby O’Sullivan, 20, of Groom Park, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life and will appear before Colchester magistrates.
The 42-year-old man has been bailed until February 28, 2015.
Emergency services were called to the blaze in Groom Park around 7pm on Friday.
