A NATURE reserve owner has condemned fly-tippers for dumping a steady stream of rubbish at a Frinton beauty spot.
Pedlars Wood owner Pam Garrad found a huge carpet discarded in the reserve on Tuesday morning.
She has criticised the culprits for ruining the nature site for everyone else.
Mrs Garrad said: “Last week, we found a radiator and old glass windows dumped here, now this.
“The carpet is enormous and very heavy. It’s not something I could deal with on my own.
“I work so hard throughout the year to keep Pedlars Wood looking nice for the community.
“This is dreadful and very frustrating.
“It is disgraceful behaviour to dump it here just because someone cannot be bothered to dispose of it properly.”
Tendring Council workers removed the carpet.
