A FRINTON firm has scooped a top business award to take the title of Essex Business Champion.
The Survey Initiative, based in Hadleigh Road, was crowned the county’s top trader at a glittering awards ceremony last week.
It creates staff surveys for high profile customers around the world, including Rolls Royce and John Lewis.
After a successful year The Survey Initiative was named as a finalist after entering this year’s East of England Business Champions awards.
And the firm is celebrating after winning the top gong for Essex.
Director Gary Cattermole said: “We entered the awards a couple of months ago and were shortlisted as finalists.
“The awards cover a huge area and so many businesses, so it was fantastic to be in the mix.
“Ours is only a small organisation really. We started in 2006 and only have three full-time members of staff, as well as a network of other people who work with us.
“But we have worked with some huge companies and we’re proud of the job we do.
“To win something like this is huge and will also help us to market our business and keep growing.”
