A PERFORMING arts group has taken part in a spectacular show at Disneyland Paris.
Pupils from Clacton-based Theatretrain danced, acted and sang a variety of songs when they made their debut at the theme park’s Magic Kingdom.
The performers, aged between six and 18, have spent close to a year preparing for the show.
In total 19 of the youngsters passed auditions for the show, which took place this week during half term.
After the performance on Monday the kids got to enjoy the park before returning home.
They were joined by parents and siblings during the trip.
Centre director Maria Tedder said: “We have never been to Disney, which is why I thought I would take them and audition.
“It is a lovely big achievement and they have done really well – it is not easy to get past the Disney auditions. They have worked hard for this trip and were really excited about going.”
The troop, which last year performed at the O2 Arena, is also preparing for its big Christmas show later this year.
