BURGLARS made off with more than £1,000 in coins after stealing a jumbo-sized money jar.
The plastic Newcastle Brown Ale bottle containing the coins was stolen from a home in Dudley Road between 4pm on Friday, August 8, and 6pm on Sunday.
Anyone with any information is urged to contact Det Con Lee Winfield at Clacton CID on 101.
