A DEVOTED husband fears his dementia-stricken wife will forget who he is if she is forced to move into care more than 60 miles from their home.
Roger Lewsey, from Walton, visits wife Doreen every single day in Clacton Hospital.
He has now been told she could have to move to a care home in Harlow.
Roger, 72, can’t afford to make the 120-mile round trip each day.
And he is terrified Doreen will forget who he is without their daily visits.
“I am scared I am going to walk in there and she will say ‘Who are you?” he said.
