A TOP racing tipster from Clacton has reported a great year for his followers.

Horse racing pundit Dave Youngman writes a column for Racing Plus.

The Newmarket insider successfully predicted the colt Australia would win this year’s Epsom Derby – even before it had been seen in action by the racing public.

“I told all my followers to back it when it was 25-1 for the race, long before the horse had ever been on a racecourse,” he said. “It was working so brilliantly on the gallops at Ballydoyle in Ireland.”

Mr Youngman also tipped the record-breaking Frankel for success before he had ever raced.

“I recently went to visit Frankel at the stud in Newmarket and he is just fine,”

he added. “He has just finished his second season at stud and is proving a wonderful stallion.

“Having seen his first foals at the stud I have been very impressed by how strong and athletic they are and can’t wait to see his progeny race in the 2016 season.”

Mr Youngman is now tipping the unraced horses Arabian Oasis and Multilingual for success.
