A LEADING Clacton councillor and a cricket club vicechairman have both been arrested as part of a fraud probe.
Tendring First’s Pierre Oxley and Clacton Cricket Club vice chairman Gary Kirk were arrested on suspicion of conspiring to defraud Sport England.
