Councillor Pierre Oxley demonstrates monster pothole
MORE than 40 potholed and defective roads in the Clacton and Frinton area are finally set to be repaired.
Essex County Council has published a hotlist of the 700 worst urban roads across the county, which are being targeting as part of what it calls an “ambitious maintenance programme”.
