TWO heroic men saved a swimmer’s life when they spotted him drowning in the sea and pulled him to safety.
Thomas O’Toole, 21, and Craig Shipman, 30, were sitting on the beach near Clacton Pier when they noticed the man struggling in the water, not far from the shore.
