New centre to tackle hate crime trend in Clacton

POLICE fear hundreds of hate-fuelled crimes are going unreported in Tendring.

There were more than 1,600 incidents across the county last year, but officers claim many more went unreported. Now a special centre has been set up in a bid to encourage more victims to come forward.
