PLANS to reopen a car showroom as a garage have been given the green light.
Formula One Autocentres wants to take over the former Ford Lookers showroom which closed in Valleybridge Road, Clacton, in 2011.
The firm employs more than 450 staff at 70 garages across the country, and provides services including tyres, exhausts, MOTs and servicing.
