REGISTRATION is now open for the annual St Helena Hospice Cycle Ride on Sunday September 28.
This time, cyclists will have a choice of two routes, either 24 or 56 miles.
The routes both start and finish at Monks Farm in Dedham and will wind their way through some of the landscapes of Constable Country and its villages.
Early Bird registration is £15 per adult and £10 per child and closes on September 22 at 5pm.
Anyone who wishes to register after this date will need to sign up on the actual day at a cost of £25 per adult and £15 per child.
The registration fee covers administration, the event pack, refreshments and medals.
The hospice is also asking that all participants over 16 raise a minimum sponsorship of £15 per person, which can be paid by participants or raised through sponsorship.
Those who want to participate can register at www.sthelenahospice.org.uk/cycle14 or request a registration form from the events team at events@sthelenahospice.org.uk or by calling 01206 791740.
