PLANS have been drawn up to help bring redundant sites owned by Tendring Council back into use.
The authority has drawn up a new set of rules that mean under-used community assets can be transferred to local groups and organisations.
It comes after the Government urged councils to take a positive approach to underused and redundant assets.
