AMBULANCE crews are celebrating full marks in a patient satisfaction survey.
Latest figures for March reveal 100 per cent of people interviewed were happy with the service they received from the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
Of those interviewed, 90.3 per cent said they were very satisfied, and 9.7 per cent stated they were satisfied.
Ambulance crews were praised for their professional attitude, with patients saying they were treated with dignity and respect.
Trust chief executive Dr Anthony Marsh said: “All of our staff work incredibly hard day in day out and it’s fantastic to see this hard work and commitment reflected in the recent patient survey results.”
