A HEAVILY pregnant woman swam into the sea to save a young boy who was struggling off Clacton coast.
The boy, aged about ten years old, was spotted flailing near the Palace Breakwater on Sunday afternoon after being dragged away from the shore by the current.
Clacton’s beach patrol team was alerted and jumped into action, but the pregnant onlooker swam out into the sea and reached the boy first.
Together they managed to bring the youngster back to shore.
