Budding athletes to raise cash for charity with fun run
HUNDREDS of budding athletes are expected to turn out for Frinton and Walton’s annual fun run this Sunday.
The two-mile fun run and 10km route set off from Tendring Technology College’s Frinton campus at 10.30am.
The event is raising money for the college’s iVoice Make a Wish Fund which supports a wide range of causes locally and worldwide.
More than 300 people took part last year – many wearing fancy dress for the fun run, which costs £2 to enter.
Entry forms are available in advance from the college or runners can sign up on the day.
