CARTOON characters will be invading a village for a spectacular annual carnival.
Hundreds of people are expected to line the streets of Little Clacton to watch the parade which starts at Plough Lane on Saturday, June 7, at 2pm.
All the participants will amble through the village and end up at the playing fields at the village hall for a family fun day between 3pm and 6pm.
Organiser Debbie Blois is hoping for a fantastic day and that the weather holds out.
On the field there will be lots of side stalls where refreshments will be available and a number of arena events and inflatable activities on offer for all ages to enjoy.
