HEALTH Forum meetings will discuss plans to transform primary care and a new community assessment service.

A manager from NHS England will be speaking about the plans to transform primary care including services by GPs, dentists, pharmacists and opticians.

It will also look at the measures planned to mitigate shortage of GPs, particularly in Tendring.

The new community assessment service will be based in Clacton and Harwich and will be discussed at the Rest of Tendring meeting in Clacton at the Tendring CVS hall in Rosemary Road on June 6 from 2pm to 4pm.

The first meeting takes place at Dovercourt Central Church on Main Road on June 4 from 2pm to 4pm.
