YOUTH football teams will face off in a huge tournament to raise cash for charity.
Clacton youth club Elmden Rovers has organised the competition to boost the coffers of Cancer Research UK.
Teams made up of young players aged 7-16 will battle it out for the trophies in a series of age categories.
A fun day will also be run alongside the tournament itself, including bouncy castles and fun inflatables, raffles, stalls, games, face painting and refreshments.
It will take place at Clacton Coastal Academy on Saturday May 31 and Sunday June 1.
All cash raised on the day will go to supporting Cancer Research UK.
Charity fundraising manager Darren Couchman said: “It’s fantastic to have the support of Elmden Youth Football Club.
“The tournament is going to be huge with lots of teams already signed up and I’d love to see as many people as possible come along to show their support for the charity and for local youth football.”
