AN annual May fayre event attracted a record attendance and raised thousands of pounds for heritage projects.
More than 500 people flocked to the event at Frinton’s Railway Cottage Garden.
Visitors browsed a host of stalls and took part in activities throughout the annual event, set up each year to raise cash for Frinton and Walton Heritage Trust.
More than £2,000 was raised, which will go towards the heritage trust’s projects around the area.
