A RESIDENTS’ association which has been using a building in Great Clacton as its base for the past 27 years has been granted a new lease extension.
Tendring Council said Burrsville Residents’ Association plays a prominent role in the community and wants to continue with its good work.
It has been based in Burrsville Public Hall, which is owned by the council, since 1987 and its existing lease ran out in 2008.
The council’s cabinet has now agreed to a 21-year extension.
