A CLACTON centre has launched a series of courses to help unemployed residents get back into work.
Adult Community Learning in Clacton has set up the scheme to help people develop their skills and boost their chances of finding jobs.
The free four-week scheme covers interviewing techniques and vital computer skills.
It will also help people develop CVs, discuss future prospects and teach them how to use web-based job finder tools.
The next course will run on Wednesdays and Fridays, 9.30am-1.30pm, from June 4 to June 25.
Another four week course will take place July 2 to July 23.
The scheme is free for people who are unemployed and meet certain conditions.
Anyone wanting to sign up or find out more about the courses can contact Adult Community Learning on 01255 689954 or visit essex.gov.uk/adultlearning.
