GIFTED dancing starlets from Frinton dazzled the judges at two top contests last week.
Students from Stagestruck Academy claimed double competition success at two separate prestigious events.
The stage school’s senior dance group performed a routine at the ‘Can You Dance’ competition in Norwich.
It was judged by a selection of top judges including Charlotte Gooch, who has performed in West End shows Dirty Dancing and Top Hat, and Gareth Walker, who choreographed the closing ceremony of the London Olympics.
They crowned the Stagestruck dancers as the top senior group in the competition.
They will now get the opportunity to perform their winning routine on a West End stage later this year.
On the same day fellow Stagestruck student Sam Lake, 12, took part in the annual Star Tap contest in London, which brings together the top young tap dancing talent in the country.
He was named runner-up in the junior section of the competition.
