Retired nurse Pat Tombs, 68, showed off her stunning strength on new ITV show Amazing Greys on Saturday.
She will also appear in the episode on this Saturday.
The show pits young contestants against aging wonders in a series of physical challenges.
Pat, of Salvia Close, Clacton, was drafted onto the show’s panel of pensioners to take on the contestants in a powerlifting face-off.
The show, hosted by Paddy McGuinness and Angela Rippon, showcases the UK’s most sensational senior citizens each week.
Pat, who works and trains at Clacton’s Gallery and Fitness Gym, appeared alongside a host of stars, including legendary England footballer Sir Geoff Hurst.
For her part, Pat and her young opponent had to deadlift their own bodyweight.
