A PROPOSAL to build two new homes on a plot behind the Mossla restaurant in Kirby Cross was rejected by town councillors.
The land is adjacent to an existing home in Hunters Chase, but the new homes would only be accessible by using a small track, marked as a public right of way.
Frinton and Walton town councillors described it as a backland development and recommended refusal. Tendring Council will make the final decision.
