RESCUE teams were sent to a beach in Frinton to help a stranded Muntjac deer.
The animal had become stranded on the beach and could not find its way away from the area.
Walton’s coastguard team joined RSPCA officers at the scene. They made sure the deer was in a healthy condition before leading it up the beach and away from the seafront.
Coastguards left it in the care of the RSPCA just before 11am on Tuesday.
