HIGH-flying Tendring pupils visited one of the country’s top universities to inspire them to fulfil their potential.
Nine current students at Tendring Technology College were given a special tour around Cambridge University.
They were also given a taster lecture on the Black Death by top professor Dr Rosemary Horrox.
Tendring Technology College history teacher Mark Speakman said: “The visit is another step in the college’s effort to support our most able students in their applications to study at Cambridge and Oxford.
“The college’s ambition is to ensure that are local young high-flying academics are fully supported in their ambitions to continue their studies at the country’s best universities.”
