Blow for eight-home development plans in Kirby
PLANS for an eight-home development in Kirby Cross were dealt a blow as town councillors recommended refusal of the project.
The application was launched to demolish an existing property and build eight new homes on the site off Frinton Road, including a mix of houses and bungalows.
But Frinton and Walton town councillors recommended refusal of the development, branding it a “total overdevelopment”.
Tendring Council will have the final say on the scheme.
