Collection boosts Christmas light fund
A COLLECTION for a town’s Christmas lights raised more than £300.
Donations made at shops in Brightlingsea and during last year’s late night shopping event in the town collected £319.25.
The cash will go towards funding this year’s lights.
Des Rowson, chairman of the Brightlingsea Business Association, which organises the annual Christmas lights, thanked everyone who made a contribution for their help.
