A FORMER RAF airman has appealed for help in tracking down a lost photograph of great sentimental value.

Graham Wagstaff, of Frinton Road, Kirby Cross, has one picture from his time in the RAF – a group shot of him and his pals taken in 1947.

But the picture has been misplaced and Graham has appealed for help finding it.

His brother came to collect the picture to enlarge it and make copies.

It was placed in a black zipped document case, but the case was left on the roof of the car and fell off during the journey.

Graham said: “I know it is a long shot but if anyone has found the case with the picture inside I am desperate to get it back.”

Anyone who finds the picture can contact Graham through the Gazette.
