A SERIAL shoplifter has been jailed for his latest bout of stealing.
A court heard Christopher Fisher now has 57 shopliftings on his record as well as six Asbo breaches.
The Asbo was imposed in 2009 to keep him out of Clacton's Marks and Spencers store.
Chelmsford Crown Court heard Fisher, 37, was seen in the Pier Avenue store on January 19 stealing meat.
He was on bail for two thefts of whisky from the town's Aldi and Sainsbury's stores.
Fisher, of Beach Road, Clacton, was jailed for ten months after he admitted five thefts and breaking his Asbo.
Recorder Thomas Linden QC told him: "Staff in these shops must be sick and tired of dealing with you."
