BLUEPRINTS have been submitted for 14 houses on the site of bungalow in Clacton.
Developers want to build six three-bedroom and eight four-bedroom homes on the site in St John's Road.
The plans include the demolition of the bungalow as well as a new access road, car parking and garages.
