A DEVELOPER who built a large house in Weeley with significant changes to the approved plans must carry out alterations to a window which overlooks neighbours.
Tendring Council received a complaint about the development of the detached property in Clacton Road, for which planning permission was approved in 2010.
Nearby residents complained that the works has not been carried out in accordance with those plans.
Following discussions with officers a new application was submitted to regularise the changes - but the planning committee decided to defer a decision for further talks about the offending window.
Weeley Parish Council has objected to the application.
