Second-hand car dealer complaints plummet
7:30am Tuesday 7th January 2014 in News
COMPLAINTS made to Trading Standards about dodgy car dealers have fallen dramatically.
The Essex County Council-run team has reported a 43 per cent drop in calls about the most-complained about dealers.
Officers have attributed the fall to its successful Don’t Be Taken for a Ride campaign.
