St Osyth: Police warning after attempted burglary on Boxing Day

RESIDENTS in St Osyth have been warned after a bungalow was targeted by burglars on Boxing Day.

Owners of the Point Clear Road home heard a noise at about 3.20am on December 26 and went to investigate.

They found nothing and returned to bed, but the next morning they discovered signs of an attempted break-in on a window and rear door, as well as their garden shed.

Police have appealed for information on anything suspicious in the area at the time.

People should call Det Con Mo Crawley on 101 with information.
