A FRINTON eatery was given approval for plans to install hanging signs on the walls outside the shop.
The plans for Emma’s Kitchen in Fourth Avenue were given the green light by Frinton and Walton town councillors.
One councillor criticised the plans though.
Brian Johnson said: “To have signs hanging all over the place like that I a residential area would be ghastly for residents. They would be an eyesore.”
But other councillors voted overwhelmingly in favour of the plans. Tendring Council will have the final say on the application.
