A PROJECT in Tendring cutting council red tape to save cash in the face of a “financial black hole” has been showcased at a national conference.
Tendring Council was invited to Birmingham's NEC to give a presentation on its Community Budget pilot schemes.
The council says it has made savings following Government funding cuts while continuing to provide services.
