HARD-WORKING youngsters in Tendring have been commended for their achievements in the workplace.
A total of 35 Career Track learners, who have been on apprenticeships or gained qualifications over the past 12 months, celebrated their efforts at a special event.
They were presented with certificates by Tendring Council vice-chairman Val Guglielmi at Clacton Town Hall.
She said: βThe scheme has launched many successful careers and helped to develop many people β what they learn will stand them in good stead throughout their life.β
Career Track provides work-based learning in administration and customer services to young people aged over 16 who are employed by the council and businesses in the district.
