PROPOSALS to demolish a church hall will be discussed tonight.
The Chelmsford Diocese wants to knock down St James’ Church hall and replace it with four homes and a new vicarage.
Brightlingsea Town Council’s planning committee will debate the plans at a public meeting at the council offices, Victoria Place, at 7.30pm.
The final decision rests with Tendring Council.
