YOUNG performers took to the stage for a special end of year production.
The starlets from the Princes Youth Theatre group kicked of panto season in Clacton with a medley show in front of parents and friends.
They performed scenes from Snow White, Aladdin and Cinderella, as well as performing singing solos of Christmas carols in front of their audience at Clacton’s Princes Theatre.
Melissa Wenn, who runs the youth theatre group said: “The children were really excited about going on stage and they enjoyed every minute of it.
“They did themselves proud and the audience loved it.
It was a great end to a year of hard work on their behalf and I believe they have got a great deal out of the workshops.”
A lot of the youngsters will be back on stage over the next few weeks as they appear in this year’s professional pantomime at the Princes.
