A BANK manager diagnosed with diabetes is running his second marathon for charity.
David Robinson from Laburnum Crescent in Kirby Cross, went to his local GP in November last year with stress and was signed off work.
But blood test were taken which revealed he had diabetes.
“I was 15 and a half stone and was advised to change my diet and lifestyle and to get fitter," he said.
David has now completed the Royal parks half marathon in Central London, raising more than £1000 for Alzheimer's Society.
He is now set to take part in the BUPA Great South Run in Portsmouth on Sunday.
