A 40th birthday party raised hundreds of pounds for charity.
Louise Ireland and Michelle Butt held a joint party at Clacton Football Club on August 24.
The night, which included a raffle, raised £705 for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Louise, said: “We decided to have the party and raise money at the same time.
“My mum, Jean Ireland, died of Pancreatic Caner aged 52 in 2000, and then my brother, Jason, died of the same cancer aged 39 in 2010.
“The event was a really big success and we are really pleased with how it all went.”
