Glasses set to be rasied at popular beer festival

A POPULAR beer festival taking place in Clacton this week will include almost 70 real ales and ciders.
The Clacton Real Ale and Cider Festival, which is in its 18th year, takes place at St James Hall in Tower Road.
The festival is organised and staffed by volunteers from the Tendring Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (Camra).
It will include 68 real ciders, perries, Essex wines and a range of foreign beers.
The festival opens on Wednesday from 6pm to 11pm and then on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11am to 11pm.
