Boat firm backs Olympic hopefuls

A BOAT-BUILDING firm in Brightlingsea has backed two of the town’s Olympic hopefuls.
CTruk, based in the Shipyard Estate, has sponsored Team WhiteBoniface in their quest to compete in Rio in 2016.
The pair is made up of Rupert White, 18, grandson of late Olympic gold medallist Reg White, and Nikki Boniface, 19.
They competed together at youth level and are now aiming to medal in 2016 in the new mixed multihull class on the Nacra 17.
