Go walkies for charity

DOGS will be taking their owners for a walk this weekend in a special charity event.

Go Walkies, a series of sponsored dogs walks, is holding an event in Clacton this Sunday, March 17.

Dogs from the district are asked to get sponsored for the walk from Martello Tower car park at 11am.

For taking part they will be rewarded with a Go Walkies dog tag and goody bag, while the cash they raise will fund training new guide dogs for the blind.

I would like to do this but do not know anyone who would sponsor me and the dog, I could always donate and do the walk

I drove past the group today to see the hivis vested walkers all taking the walk in there stride.
it seems they were enjoying themselves and why not.
only wish I was well enough to join them.
