Big-hearted golfers raise £3,000 for cancer charity

A BIG-HEARTED group of fundraising golfers have handed over more than £3,100 to charity.
The Pheasant Pluckers having been doing the rounds at Clacton Golf Club for 23 years.
Last year's captain was Russell Carter, whose nominated charity was Macmillan Nurses.
He presented a cheque for £3,115 to the charity's Laurie Gray.
This year's captain is Lou Barratt, who is raising funds for Breast Cancer Awareness.
