A SUPERMARKET worker lost her locks to raise cash for a cancer charity.
Louise Horn 26, of Broadway, Jaywick, decided to have her hair chopped off in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Louise, who works at the Tesco store at Brook Retail Park, Clacton, raised more than £1,100.
She went under the sheers to raise cash for the charity after a workpal was diagnosed with the disease.
Louise said: “A lady I work with was diagnosed with breast cancer. She will be having an operation this week.”
She is donating her hair to the Little Princess Trust, which makes wigs for young people who have lost their hair through cancer treatment.
Anyone who would like to donate can call call Louise on 07922 370239.
