Five-a-day fruit and veg bid expanded

A BID to get more people eating fruit and veg is being extended by health bosses.
The Fresh and Fruity project was launched in Jaywick to help residents eat more healthily.
A van selling cut-price fruit and veg visits the community every Thursday.
Now the service is offering boxes of fruit and vegetables for £3.10. There is also a family box including salad and free-range eggs.
Families who get Healthy Start vouchers can use them to pay for produce.
