St Osyth: Stranded cars dragged from the mud

TWO cars were nearly caught by the rising tide after getting stuck in the mud in St Osyth.
Coastguards were called out to help the two four wheel drive cars which had become stranded at Point Clear on Sunday.
The drivers found that they were stuck at about 6.15pm and called for help.
Coastguards kept a safety watch on the tide while another vehicle towed the cars out of the mud.
